Dispatch Days
We ship twice a week: on Mondays and Thursdays. All orders include track & trace (sent via email, so please check your spam folder).
Delivery & Duties
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
- The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium: 1 - 3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3 - 7 business days
- United Kingdom and United States: 6 - 8 business days
- Outside Europe: 2 - 5 weeks
Note: Delivery times may take longer during holidays. Import duties, local taxes, and customs fees for orders outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.
Missing Packages
Has your order not arrived within 2 weeks of receiving your shipping confirmation? Please contact us at shop@petitepassport.com with your order number, and we’ll track it down for you.
Unclaimed Parcels
Please keep an eye on your track & trace link. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected in time:
- We can re-send it (shipping charges will apply again).
- Or we can issue a refund for the item(s), excluding the original shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return or exchange printed books within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- E-books/digital products are non-refundable due to immediate digital access.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to start a return:
Email shop@petitepassport.com with your order number, reason for return, and product details.

Damaged Items
Did you receive a damaged item? Please contact us immediately at shop@petitepassport.com with a photo of the damage, and we’ll get it sorted for you right away.
