Welcome to Petite Passport. By visiting our site or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General

- This website is operated by Petite Passport (registered in the Netherlands).
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time.

2. Products & Pricing

- We sell physical travel guides/books, digital e-books, and digital gift cards.
- All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders outside the European Union, import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to adjust prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment

- Payments are securely processed via our payment partners (including iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal, and Apple Pay).
- An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you receive an order confirmation via email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Physical orders are shipped on set dispatch days (Mondays and Thursdays). 
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs, or busy holiday periods.
- Unclaimed or returned packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer can be re-sent at the customer's expense.

5. Returns & E-books

- Printed Books: You have 14 days from receipt of your package to request a return. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- E-books & Digital Downloads: All sales of digital items are final and non-refundable due to immediate access.

6. Intellectual Property

- All content on this website, including images, text, guide layouts, photography, and branding, is the exclusive property of Petite Passport and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of our guides or site content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

- Petite Passport strives to provide accurate, up-to-date travel information and recommendations. However, we are not liable for changes in venue opening hours, closures, or third-party service experiences mentioned in our guides.

- These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands.
